Rick's Bar 2k4e5u
Rick’s Bar is one of a small number of miniature gambling venues located in Fargo, North Dakota. Because of state gaming law, it is only legal to operate a few specific games, so the gaming floor at Rick’s is a small operation located inside a large and popular local restaurant and bar. 44h3s
Located just off I-29 near downtown Fargo, Rick’s is the biggest gambling property in this region of one of America’s northern-most states. Sandwiched between a major bingo parlor and another smaller casino, Rick’s makes up part of what could be called Fargo’s “Strip.”

Eight gaming tables are open every day at Rick’s, all of them dealing games of blackjack. No other table games are provided, in part because so few other table games are explicitly legal by state law.
Other betting options are available, mainly bingo (live only) and pull tabs. A paddlewheel game is also on the premises, though its payouts are strictly limited to a maximum of $680 by North Dakota law. Lottery sales are also permitted, though it is unclear at the time of this review if tickets and scratch cards are being sold on-site.
Since Rick’s Bar is itself a bar and restaurant, you can consider the whole property one big dining and drinking venue. Rick’s serves traditional American food, similar to a sports bar, and with the word “bar” in the name, you know the drink specials are extensive. Tableside service for gamblers is available.
