The gaming floor is small, just a couple of thousand square feet, and dedicated mainly to electronic gaming. At the time of this review, the floor played host to some three-dozen slot and video poker games, with a small selection of video keno, bingo, and electronic table games like roulette.
Bingo games are hosted inside the convention center on the weekends, on a rotating schedule. Fort Cheyenne Casino is also home to occasional slot tournaments, though since the patrons at this North-of-the-Strip gaming spot are locals, the tournaments are low-stakes and not d much beyond area circulars and websites.
Two distinct dining areas are available for visitors to either the convention center or the mini-casino. One is a casual diner-style café that offers either a sit-down meal or a quick snack or dessert on the go. The other restaurant, called Captain Cook’s, focuses on seafood dishes and is more formal than the casino-adjacent café.
Captain Cook’s isn’t open 24 hours, like the casino, café, and convention center, though hours depend on the day of the week and the season. Reservations aren’t necessary, as the space is still very casual.
