Gambling at Canyon Casino is mostly an electronic affair, with more than 400 slot and video poker terminals (including 100 different old-fashioned coin-operated games) spread across two floors. Only five table games are open at any given time, usually only craps and roulette, though a blackjack table is sometimes offered on weekends.

The casino floor is open between 8 AM and 2:30 AM during the week, switching over to 24 hour operations on Fridays and Saturdays.

The only dining option available, besides complimentary popcorn in the entrance, is the Canyon Casino’s sit-down restaurant called Canyon Grille. Serving a combination of American classics like steaks and hamburgers and local seafood and produce, Canyon Grille is higher-end dining in a casual atmosphere.
